If you are transported by an AMCN provider, your membership covers any remaining balance after insurance pays, so you do not receive a bill for the flight.

Your Fly-U-Home membership covers one medical return flight per membership year for an eligible member who meets the program requirements.

No. Insurance is not required to use your Fly-U-Home membership. The service coordinates and covers the cost of the medically necessary return transportation according to the membership program guidelines.
