Mr. Muse has been in finance for over 6 years, holding various roles in leadership and management. He possesses a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Latin American Studies and Business Management. He received his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, from Northwest Nazarene University. Prior to joining AMCN, Mr. Muse worked at Citigroup managing a portfolio of real estate and personal loans.

Mr. Monday joined the company in 2013 after retiring from the United States Air Force. He is a comprehensive leader with over 20 years of experience meeting critical deadlines, expanding recruiting pipelines, transforming teams, and exceeding organizational goals. He is accustomed to changing environments and focuses on providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Sarah Gordon is the East Coast Divisional Director for AirMedCare Network. Sarah started with AirMedCare Network in 2016 as a Membership Sales Manager. She took on a management role as an Area Director in 2017 where she lead a high-performing field sales team. In 2020, Sarah began her current role as Divisional Director. She currently oversees membership operations for the eastern half of the United States managing a team of Directors and Business Development Specialists. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and her master’s degree from Tennessee Technological University.

Pam Cowan is a marketing leader with a track record of developing and implementing measurable multi-channel campaigns that surpass revenue targets year over year. As National Director of Membership Marketing, she has facilitated the transition of membership-marketing strategy from traditional direct mail to a fully integrated multi-channel approach. Under her tenure, GMR membership programs have been recognized with several marketing-industry awards, including “Best Transportation Social Media Campaign” at the 2023 Internet Advertising Competition, and a 2023 Silver Award from w3 for Marketing Campaign Effectiveness.

An AirMedCare Network (AMCN) membership protects you from out-of-pocket costs when you need emergency air ambulance transport from a participating AMCN provider. When a medically necessary flight is performed, any balance remaining after insurance pays is waived so you don’t receive a bill for the flight.

In most emergency cases, arrangements can be made within a few hours, depending on aircraft availability and required permissions.

If you are hospitalized 150 miles or more from your home, the Fly-U-Home benefit helps arrange transportation back to a hospital closer to your residence once you are medically stable to travel. Transportation may be arranged via commercial airline, medical flight, or ground transport, depending on your medical condition and the recommendations of the attending physician.
