If you are hospitalized 150 miles or more from your home, the Fly-U-Home benefit helps arrange transportation back to a hospital closer to your residence once you are medically stable to travel. Transportation may be arranged via commercial airline, medical flight, or ground transport, depending on your medical condition and the recommendations of the attending physician.

Everyone living in your household is covered under your membership, including students away at college who are listed as part of the household.

Your Fly-U-Home membership covers one medical return flight per membership year for an eligible member who meets the program requirements.

No. Insurance is not required to use your Fly-U-Home membership. The service coordinates and covers the cost of the medically necessary return transportation according to the membership program guidelines.
